1. Why can't I create a new thread in the Tech Support >It's Broken section?

2. I'm getting a notification every time someone replies to a thread I've posted in, even though I'm not quoted. I don't see anything in TT notification settings for something like this.

You need to log into a real browser OG and change a bunch of settings under alerts.

Here you go OG, has to be done thru a browser tho....

• Also go to 'Preferences'
• uncheck 'Automatically watch threads that you create or reply'
• uncheck the 'and receive email notifications...' box below it.
• Make sure you clear out your 'Watched Threads' list (from the top banner bar button called 'Watched threads')
